TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
All tickets are sold subject to the understanding that customers attend the
performance at his/her own risk. Dublin Literary Pub Crawl (herein after called
'the company') will be entitled to ask any person to leave the performance if
they become rowdy or inebriated. The company will endeavor to keep all customers
safe and secure during the tour but will not be liable for loss to personal
belongings or injury to any customer during the performance. The company does
not encourage heavy drinking on the tour. The actor/guides will endeavour to
lead all customers through the city safely. The ticket purchased allows the
customer access to the performances and literary/pub history imparted by the
guides during the show.
PRICES & BOOKING FEES
All prices quoted online exclude commission to credit card companies and gateway
payment websites. We charge E1.00 per person commission on all bookings. Students
who purchase tickets online must show a valid ID card at the starting point
to avail of the discount. No discount shall be paid back to any customer who
is in possession of the Dublin Pass (having paid the standard price online).
The Dublin Pass is only valid for cash payments at the door.
REFUNDS
The company will be happy to refund tickets to customers if we are given 24
hours notice in writing (by email). Otherwise we must charge the full amount
for the ticket. In extenuating circumstances we can refund up to 50% of the
ticket price within the 24 hours before the date of sevice.
CANCELLATION
The company reserves the right to cancel a tour for whatever reason (severe
weather, lack of numbers etc) A full refund will be processed for credit card
customers.
PRIVACY POLICY
No personal details (email addresses, phone numbers) about our customers will
be released to third parties. All information about our customers will remain
private and confidential between the company and the customer.
